Fresh Effort to Identify Suspects in Broad Daylight Knife Attack
West Midlands Police have launched a fresh appeal for information after a man was stabbed in broad daylight on Percy Road, Birmingham, last year.
The attack took place at 1pm on November 7, 2024, when the victim was approached by a group of men who then stabbed him before fleeing the scene. Despite extensive police enquiries, no arrests have been made.
CCTV Image Released as Investigation Continues
Today, police renewed their appeal and shared an image of three people they want to identify in connection with the incident.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said:
“We are renewing our appeal to identify these three people in connection with a stabbing in Birmingham.”
“Shortly after 1pm on November 7, a man was approached by a group of people in Percy Road. The group attacked him, though his injuries were not believed to be life-threatening, and left the area.”
Extensive Enquiries Underway
Officers have conducted a detailed investigation, including reviewing CCTV footage and speaking to witnesses. However, they are now asking for the public’s help in identifying the three individuals.
“As a result, officers investigating are issuing this photo in case someone recognises these three people,” the appeal continued.
