A man in his 50s has died and another man has been left with potentially life-changing facial injuries following a double stabbing inside a Coventry property, police have confirmed.
Police Called to Scene of Violent Incident
Officers from West Midlands Police were dispatched to Newcombe Road just before 2pm on Saturday, March 16, where they discovered two men with serious stab wounds.
• One man in his 50s was pronounced dead at the scene
• A second man, also in his 50s, suffered severe facial injuries and was rushed to hospital
Murder Suspect in Custody
A 51-year-old man from Coventry has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody for questioning.
