Thames Valley Police said the victim, a woman in her late teens, had met the suspect earlier that night at a venue in Banbury town centre. He is alleged to have taken her to People’s Park where the attack occurred.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Emergency services were called to reports of a sexual assault between 2.30am and 3.30am. Officers are now urging anyone who may have been in the area at the time to come forward.
