Disturbing Details Of Crossbow Killer’s Motives Revealed In Court, Including Controversial Celebrity Video He Watched Before Attack

Kyle Clifford Watched Influencer Content Before Murdering Three Women

Chilling new details have emerged about crossbow killer Kyle Clifford, revealing his twisted motives and disturbing actions leading up to the brutal murder of Louise Hunt, her sister Hannah Hunt, and their mother Carol Hunt in Bushey, Hertfordshire, in July 2024.

Prosecutors Argue Clifford Also Guilty of Rape

While Clifford, 26, has already admitted to murdering the three women, prosecutors have argued that he is also guilty of raping ex-partner Louise Hunt before killing her.

During the trial at Cambridge Crown Court, prosecutor Helen Morgan KC told the jury that Clifford was “beyond any reasonable doubt” guilty of the charge, stating:

“If he could not have Louise, no-one else was going to, and he was going to take down her family with her.”

Clifford’s Internet History Before the Attack

The court heard that the day before the murders, Clifford had been searching YouTube for controversial influencer Andrew Tate’s podcast. Prosecutors suggested this may have influenced his misogynistic and violent actions leading up to the four-hour attack.

Terrifying Timeline of the Murders

Jurors were presented with forensic evidence showing that:

Clifford’s DNA was found in bodily fluid on Louise’s body

He held Louise hostage for over two hours after stabbing her mother

She had been restrained and gagged before her murder

Prosecutors argued that this proved she was raped while being held captive, dismissing Clifford’s claim that they had last had consensual sex over two weeks prior.

Miss Morgan stated:

“The only explanation is that she was raped while she was restrained.”

Clifford Refuses to Attend Trial

Despite facing a life sentence, Clifford has not attended his trial, nor given any evidence in his defence. His legal team, led by Phil Bradley KC, is expected to make closing arguments in his defence.

Upcoming Sentencing for Triple Murder

Clifford has already admitted to:

Three counts of murder

False imprisonment

Possession of offensive weapons (crossbow and knife)

His sentencing date has not yet been confirmed, but prosecutors are expected to push for a whole-life order, ensuring he will never be released.

A Case That Shocked the Nation

The brutal murders of the wife and daughters of BBC commentator John Hunt have stunned the country, with many calling for the harshest possible sentence for Clifford.

This developing case will be closely monitored as the court prepares to deliver its final verdict.
