Chilling confession Virginia Giuffre made just before her death

Virginia Giuffre, the woman who famously accused Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell of sex trafficking her to Prince Andrew when she was 17, has died at the age of 41.

Police in Western Australia confirmed that Giuffre was found unresponsive at her home in Neergabby, approximately an hour north of Perth, on the night of 25 April 2025.

A police spokesperson said: “Police and St John Western Australia attended and provided emergency first aid. Sadly, the 41-year-old woman was declared deceased at the scene. The death is being investigated by Major Crime detectives; early indication is the death is not suspicious.”

Tragic Final Messages

In the weeks leading up to her death, Giuffre had posted alarming messages on social media. On 22 March, she wrote: “My beautiful babies have no clue how much I love them and they’re being poisoned with lies. Hurt me, abuse me but don’t take my babies. My heart is shattered.”

Just days later, on 30 March, she shared a hospital photo after being involved in a car crash, claiming she was suffering from kidney failure and had been given “four days to live”. In her post, Giuffre added: “I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time.”

Conflicting reports surfaced after the incident, with police initially describing the crash as “minor”, while her family stated that she had been admitted to hospital as her condition worsened.

Legal Battles and Personal Struggles

At the time of her death, Giuffre was involved in a court dispute with her estranged husband, Robert. In December 2023, she had publicly praised him as an “amazing man” who “rescued me from Epstein & Maxwell’s clutches,” but their relationship later deteriorated.

She was facing a court case relating to breaching a family violence restraining order, with a plea hearing scheduled for June.

Tributes and Legacy

Virginia Giuffre, a prominent advocate for survivors of sexual abuse, is survived by her three children. Her accusations against Epstein, Maxwell, and Prince Andrew brought worldwide attention to the abuse endured by Epstein’s victims and played a major role in securing legal action against the disgraced financier’s associates.

The British Foreign Office confirmed it was liaising with local authorities in Australia and was prepared to offer consular support if needed.
